Q2. How do I join the Thanks! programme?

  1. Visit any Caltex service station, pump 3L of fuel and fill up an enrolment form. You will receive your new card instantly and can start collecting points with immediate purchase.


Q3. Do I have to pay for getting a new Thanks! Card on the spot?

  1. There will be no charges for new enrolment and damaged card replacement. $10 per card will be imposed on multiple cards request and lost card replacement.


Q4. How can I check my points balance with the new card?

  1. Your points for current visit, new points balance, points expiry date and points redeemed will be reflected on your Thanks! receipt.


Q5. I own more than 1 car, so can I have more than 1 Thanks! card?

  1. Yes, you are allowed to have multiple Thanks! cards under your name and NRIC. Note that additional cards will be charged at $10 per card. You will be pleased to know that all the points earned under these multiple cards will be consolidated under your account. Every card will be allowed to earn and redeem points.


Q6. Can I combine points with my family member?

  1. If your family member has a different Thanks! account, you will not be able to combine points from different accounts.


Q7. What should I do if my card is damaged?

  1. Come down to our station, fill in an Action Form and get an instant card replacement. Your points and personal details will be updated on your new replacement card within 2-3 weeks. You have to return the damaged card to the cashier. During the period before your points and personal details have been updated, you can continue to earn points with replacement card.


Q8. What should I do if I lose my card?

  1. Please call our Caltex hotline to report any lost card in order for us to block all activities on your lost card. You will be directed to the station for an instant card replacement. Do note that there is a lost card fee of $10 payable upon issuance of the replacement card.


Q9. I am expecting a change in my personal details. How do I go about changing my details once they are effective? (Eg. changing handphone number, moving house etc)

  1. You can still update your particulars online at our Thanks! website.
  2. You can visit any of the Caltex service stations to fill up an Action Form.
  3. You can call the Caltex Hotline.


Q10. What’s the validity period of the Thanks! points earned?

  1. Thanks! points have a validity period of up to three (3) calendar years, e.g. transactions made between 1 January and 31 December 2010 will expire on 31 December 2012.


Q11. Can my points be reinstated if they are expired?

  1. Expired points cannot be reinstated.


Q12. There is a LinkLab logo on the back of the card. Is this an NTUC programme? Can it be used for NTUC redemptions?

  1. No, this is Caltex's loyalty programme and only for redemption of Caltex rewards. LinkLab is Caltex’s service provider for this programme.
